Jesus, Crucified, mercifully accept this prayer that I now offer for your help when death approaches me and my five senses become weak.

Most sweet Jesus, have mercy on me as I lie down utterly exhausted and powerless (powerless) to lift my eyelids to look at You. Be gracious to me in remembrance of this loving view of mine at present.
